We’ve been back from our wonderful honeymoon to Tulum, Mexico, for nearly a week. As our tans (or sunburns!) are slowly starting to fade, we thought we’d post up the audio files for Scott & Aubrey’s Wedding 7-inch, our party favor to all our wonderful guests, for those without record players or those who couldn’t be there in person. In lieu of selling this release, we thought it would be more prudent to post it online for free and ask anyone who downloads it to consider giving any amount they feel comfortable to one of the following charities, each selected by one of the contributing bands: ALS Association, Planned Parenthood, UNICEF and Safe Horizon. We can safely say that yesterday was one of the best days of either of our individual lives, and it was unquestionably the best way to kick off a life together. Thank you so much to our friends and loved ones who traveled across state lines, time zones and oceans to share in our special day. An enormous amount of gratitude goes out to Andrew and Cherie Wilkes-Krier, Marky Hladish, Emily Driskill, Billy Morris & Cleveland’s Breakfast Club, Doug & Gatherings Kitchen, Dott & SPACES Gallery, Ohio City Blooms, A Cookie And A Cupcake and anyone else who played a role in making the day as memorable as possible. And of course, none of this would have been possible without the Heisel and Welbers families. We are eternally grateful for their continual love and support.

Today is the day!

Holy cats — TODAY IS THE DAY, folks! Weather.com is predicting partly cloudy skies, 50 degrees and a ZERO percent chance of precipitation, so barring an “Independence Day”-style invasion of Cleveland this afternoon, #helberswedding WILL be held outdoors! Please dress accordingly, and party hard.

Ceremony Information!

Holy smokes, there are only SIX DAYS until our wedding! Time flies when you are having fun, right?  Scott and Aubrey have some handy information for those making it to Cleveland next weekend to witness our nuptials.

Saturday’s events will take place at SPACES Gallery (2220 Superior Viaduct).

Weather permitting, Aubrey and Scott will hold the ceremony at 6 p.m. near the end of the Viaduct, approximately 400 yards northeast of SPACES. Here Aubrey and Scott will be married with a striking view of the Cleveland skyline behind them.

In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place inside SPACES Gallery. Check scottandaubrey.com for the latest information.

Getting There: If you are staying at the Wyndham, the hotel shuttle will begin service to SPACES starting at 5:15pm. Return service to the Wyndham will begin at 10pm. Valet parking will also be made available at SPACES beginning at 5:30pm., should you choose to drive.

Once you’ve arrived, please walk toward the end of the viaduct to the ceremony site (see the following handy map).

Concerts surrounding our wedding

For those getting into town a few days early and/or leaving Cleveland a few days late, there is a plethora of entertainment options available to keep you busy. But if you know us at all, you know we’re both huge fans of live music, so we wanted to let you all know about some of the concerts taking place on either side of our wedding in the area. There’s everything from classic rock to hip-hop, so something for everyone!

Wedding day transportation/parking info

Hey everyone! We’re just a shade over three weeks from our wedding, and we’re super-excited for all of you who will be joining us! Some people have been asking us about wedding day transportation/parking, and we wanted to let you know that we will be offering valet parking at SPACES, so you will not need to worry about finding a parking spot that night.

Also, if you are staying at the Wyndham, we will have a shuttle from the hotel to the gallery and back—service will begin at 5:15 p.m. and will run throughout the evening.

Please do your best to arrive by 6 p.m., as we are planning an outdoor ceremony (weather permitting) and will only have a small window to pull it off before the sun goes down.
